About me
I believe we do better when we feel heard, understood and supported. While these might seem like simple things, finding them isn't always easy. Whether you're navigating anxiety, building confidence, facing life's challenges or finding your way through a new chapter, having someone on your team can make all the difference.
I'm passionate about helping my clients recognise their strengths, build resilience and feel empowered to create a life that feels meaningful to them. I'm Renée, an ACA Registered Counsellor based in Sydney's Inner West. My approach is warm, compassionate and centred on you, your goals and what matters most in your life. I'll offer a supportive space to explore what's happening for you, gain perspective and move forward with greater confidence.
My services
My services are a little different from what you might typically expect from a counsellor, and that's intentional. I've chosen to shape my practice around the areas I'm most passionate about and where I feel I can make the greatest difference: supporting emotional wellbeing, encouraging personal growth, building confidence and providing meaningful companionship.
I currently offer four distinct services: counselling, coaching, teen mentoring and seniors’ companionship. While each offers something different, they're all grounded in the same belief: that meaningful conversations and genuine human connection have the power to make a real difference in our lives.
Whether you're looking for support to navigate life's challenges, guidance to help you work towards a goal, a trusted adult to help a young person build confidence and independence, or simply some good company and someone to enjoy life's little moments with, there's a place for you here.

Book onlineI ask for at least 48 hours' notice so I can give every session the time and care it deserves. Need something sooner? Give me a call or text on 0432 674 024, as I sometimes have last-minute availability.
Payments and Cancellations
To secure your first session, I ask for a deposit when you book: $75 for counselling and coaching, $55 for teen mentoring. Balance is payable after the session. For seniors’ companionship we'll talk it through based on your needs.
I know life gets busy and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice so I can offer your time to someone else. With 48 hours' notice, there's no charge and your deposit simply transfers to your rescheduled session. If it's within 48 hours, I'm unable to transfer or refund your deposit. That said, I understand life can be unpredictable. If something unexpected comes up, please let me know and I'm always happy to talk it through, as I consider each situation individually.
